Rodinia Analytics was founded in 2018 to benefit from continued international business opportunities particularly between Asia and Europe.
We seek to work with companies throughout an IPO process and beyond. From an early stage our highly experienced analysts seek to develop a deep understanding of a company, its strategy and aims as well as its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. In addition to providing a pre-IPO valuation to a company we provide on-going reports. Our consultants have extensive global business knowledge.
There are major uncertainties over the future relationship between the United Kingdom and European Union since the UK left in January 2020. The Rodinia Analytics group has therefore established two separate independent companies. Rodinia Analytics Ltd is registered in England and Rodinia Analytics EOOD is registered in the EU in Bulgaria.
Consultancy, analysis and advisory services
Rodinia Analytics also offers a range of domestic and international consultancy services on a project fee or commission basis. We seek to fully understand our client’s needs and then provide a thorough analysis of potential ideas to improve their business.
Independent consultants can offer different insights on how to grow a business. Our international experience is unique with many different lessons that we can apply to both domestic and international companies. Much of our historic business has been with China and with many different small and medium-sized enterprises. However, working with clients including from Germany to the Middle East and China, we also understand different cultural needs.
In China we have extensive links with our partners of more than ten years. These have exceptionally close links to China’s leading banks as well as to multiple industries. Our business links to Russia are being further developed with new and old contacts of more than a decade.
In the EU, Rodinia Analytics EOOD is based in Bulgaria for which we can offer additional expertise. Brexit suggests many past alliances and trade relationships should be reassessed. Whilst the UK press has largely focused on risks, we believe the possibilities are vast for the companies which can exploit opportunities. Seeking new international suppliers can improve profitability as well as help to open new markets. Rodinia Analytics can help companies find new international partners and suppliers. This can also be done on a fee or commission basis.
Our extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions mean we can help locate potential domestic or international targets. Our recent projects have included Cypriot banking. If required, detailed valuations and analysis can be undertaken. We can also advise on different acquisition or investment strategies and participate in negotiations between our client and a target company. In addition to Rodinia Analytics assistance with international IPOs, Rodinia Finance can also recommend or help with various funding options in the UK through our network of links of banks and specialist lenders.
International Food Trade
Rodinia Foods is the group’s international trading and retail division for foods. Activities historically concentrated on the global sourcing of various foods for the Chinese consumer market. These primarily covered chicken, sea food and beef. We continue to offer these services and more. In the UK we focus on importing honey and supplying various outlets in the UK.

What does Rodinia mean?
Rodinia comes from the Russian word for “motherland” – Родина. Rodinia is the name of an ancient super continent which contained all of our planet’s land mass geologically dated to some one billion years ago. In recent years the dramatic economic growth of China has seen the country import many natural resources, including from Russia, and produce an increasing number of consumer goods for the world.
